Refill Your Propane Tanks
At Conklin Oil and Propane with offer a propane filling station on site. Many people are often confused about refilling propane tanks instead of exchanging them. At Conklin, we don’t have an exchange program where you leave your old tank and pick up another one. Instead, we simply refill the tank you bring to us. The reason for this goes back to our focus on customer service. When you exchange one used tank for another, you only get a partially filled tank. We want you to get the most for your money which is why we have a dedicated full-time employee to fill portable cylinders on site.
This is also done as a safety precaution. When you bring your tank to us, we will carefully inspect your tank for leaks, rust, dents, or pitting. Also, we’ll make sure the tank is not out of date and is still in good working order; if it is, we’ll get it filled up and send you on your way.
